The following post explains a little more about the two trips. The first few families are starting to go through this process and we are excited!
The first trip to Ethiopia will be approximately 5-7 days long. The primary objective of that trip is to meet your child and appear for your court hearing. You will spend 2-4 hours for one to two days in the Baby Home with the child before your court appointment.
You will travel back for your second trip approximately six weeks after your court appointment to complete your Embassy appointment and obtain your child’s visa. This second trip is approximately 10 days long.
