Whirlwind

We serve an Awesome God!  Last night around 6 pm, we received a call from our agency saying the US Embassy was shutting down.  No one understood what was happening but we immediately went to our knees, along with many others.  We now understand this is all happening because of the budget impasse in our government, the deadline being midnight tonight.  If the US government shuts down, so does the US Embassy in Ethiopia.  Never in a million years would I have guessed this would be the obstacle!  But God moves mountains and we're going.  There are no guarantees that the government will agree but we can't sit back waiting and miss our opportunity to bring her home.  So we take this step of faith knowing God has brought us this far and He will carry us.  The journey continues or is it just beginning?  Next stop Germany, and then AFRICA!!!
