Ayelech is pretty much going by Ella now, at school, church, dance, etc. She keeps busy each day and loves picking up her sisters from school (maybe because she gets to watch videos in the van while we wait?) While Hannah is running cross country at the junior high, we are all enjoying going to her meets. We've even started going to the high school meets. This morning we watched the Elk Grove high school team run in St. Charles at a beautiful forest preserve. We came home for lunch, then the girls rode their bikes while Nick and I walked Abby through the neighborhood. Everyone should be tired tonight but not before we get Chick-fil-A for dinner! I love these days that we get to spend as a family, such a gift. We're still praying for so many of Ayelech's friends to come to their forever homes. There have been quite a few referrals and now many families are waiting for their court dates. When I stop to think of how different all of our lives are now that she's home, it's amazing. Not always easy for sure, but God hasn't promised us an easy life here. That's where our hope lies for the future!
